APPLICATION: A Great Tasting, High Quality Professional Deer Suppliment to enhance body weight, overall health as well as the mass, length and number of points in Adult Antlered Animals, specifically Whitetail Deer, Elk and Red Stag – Very useful on Fallow, Axis, as well as horned animals such as Mouflan, Black Buck, Oryx, etc.
THE QUEST:

What causes an Antlered Animal to have an ANTLER X-PLOSION? Years of Research points to Nutrition Foremost and of course Age and Genetics play a big role as well. Our customers have witnessed mass enhancement of 20%-30%, and 30% increase in body weight using Antler X-Plosion...Extra points appear from last years "Bumps," and the width enhances. It takes good health, low stress levels, and perfect nutrition. - All can be accomplished under high fence or in the open range. (B) The Best way to get the supplement to Adult Deer is with the Antler X-Plosion(TM) Feeding Method. To get the most from your Antler X-Plosion(TM) Supplement is to feed in a closed container type feeder. The Barrel Feeder with the Antler X-Plosion(TM) Head is the perfect choice. The newly redesigned feeder (see photo and videos) has no motor or batteries and little air, sun, or rain will penetrate the unit; hence, it will keep the nutritional supplement fresh, potent, not dried out or mildewed, and when you feed on the ground (better than not feeding at all, but most wasteful, the sun, wind and rain can destroy up to 80% of the vital nutrients) or in open troughs, still better than ground feeding, but still very wasteful, because of the sun, wind, and rain, and birds, other animals, raccoons, opossum, wild pigs, javillinas, not only eat a great portion of your supplement but destroy more by defecating or urinating on the feed supplement on the ground or in open troughs. Also, ground feeding is harmful because the deer and other animals defecate on feed and pass diseases as well as parasites to the other deer feeding as well. The parasite cycle hurts deer, greatly. In some open troughs deer defecate into the trough as well, but not nearly as much as on ground feeding.

In conclusion, ground and open trough feeding is much better than not feeding, but you can waste 80% of your feed and nutrients using this method. The closed end feeder that we offer is the Barrel type for under $200, and the stainless model under $500. It works like a pig or dog type feeder with a swinging door and no moving parts, battery, or motors to break down. Look closely into converting your feeding programs into closed end feeders. I find it best to build low pig-proof fenced corrals or feed pens (about 42" high) to enclose this feeder. In fact, it is best to pen type feeding to any feed program for Deer. X-PLOSIO(TM) NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT!  		After many years of Veterinary Research, the conclusion is that certain areas, even certain ranches need specific nutrients and formulas to optimize the quality of the deer herd and produce the best antlers possible. There is no universal "Shot Gun" Formula that works best anywhere!
TO DO BEST: A Tailor Made Formula for your property is best. If your Ranch, Farm or lease is small in area, a developed local special mix is better than even a state wide mix. We will analyze your soils, analyze your deer shed antlers, good and bad, to meet the exact needs of your specific deer herd. To have your own special mix, you will have to purchase 2 or more tons at a time or you can use our standard formula to get started... You may also send us the samples, soil, antlers, and bones for tests, or you can request a representative to come out, take samples, look at your program, and we will advise you (you only pay the necessary expenses, food, hotel, travel). If your program is large enough (5 tons of supplement a year), we may send a consultant to help you get started. You pay the expenses plus a minimum daily fee. We want to tailor make as close as possible the right and best formula for you.
QUANTITY OF SUPPLEMENT NEEDED When using a high content protein you must blend it into their diet slowly. Our first attempts are to use 90% corn and 10% Antler X-Plosion(TM). Remember Antler X-Plosion(TM) is a supplement, Not a Feed. Depending on the eating habits of your deer herd, we slowly increase Antler X-Plosion(TM) until we hit 50/50 corn (whole shelled) fresh, and Antler X-Plosion(TM). This may take 3 to 6 months. The Bucks will need more Antler X-Plosion(TM)during its most needed nutrition time of big growth months of May thru August. The Bucks and Does needs will vary indirectly with Mother Natures available protein supply.

Mother Nature has a wet Spring and Summer, then less Antler X-Plosion(TM) is needed. Mother Nature has a very dry winter and spring then more Antler X-Plosion(TM) is needed. And much like us, the Bucks likes for food are the same in whatever their mother ate. However, after a few times of eating Antler X-Plosion(TM), the big bucks seem addicted and eat it regularly..

Remember, when your buck stresses the most during Rut, for the best deer herd improvement results, it is most important to have the best feed available. The Bucks mind is not on feed and he may drop 40 to 50 lbs in this 3 week period. The better he comes thru the Rut, the better the chances for better Antler production next year. The Buck will get his body in good shape first and grow antlers second. It’s just animal nature! The better you feed, the faster you succeed. You must consider a two to three year program to realize the best outcome with Antler X-Plosion(TM).
